Shipping Information

The map below lists the approximate dates when we feel it is safe to begin shipping to the designated areas. IT DOES NOT REPRESENT PLANTING TIMES. Planting should be done when night time temperatures are staying consistently above 65 degrees. All orders shipped early at customers' request will not be replaced or refunded for any reason. All orders are shipped UPS unless otherwise specified.

For shipping costs, add the appropriate percentage to the order subtotal:

East of the Rockies $7.00 or 15% (whichever is greater)

West of the Rockies $7.00 or 20% (whichever is greater)

Oustside Continental US and PO Boxes
Orders must be accompanied by a credit card.
Freight charges will be billed separately, reflecting postal rates.
They generally exceed our 15% - 20% charge.

Caladiums may be planted during the spring and all throughout the summer months. We begin shipping in February and are usually sold out by August. Caladiums are easy to grow, but they do require warm weather to germinate, therefore, shipping to northern states will be delayed until the warmer months. If you wish to plant your bulbs in a temperature controlled environment such as a green house before the weather is warm, please indicate when you would like to receive them and we will gladly ship them to you. However, we can not be held responsible for any frost damage to your bulbs during shipping.

Please open your order immediately upon arrival and inspect for problems or discrepancies. Unsatisfactory orders will be picked up and a full refund issued as long as we are notified within 10 days of receipt.
